I recently updated my windows 10 PC. AuthenTec TrueSuite and KeepSafe were fine before the latest update, but once the computer had restarted both these programs just deleted themselves and the computer told me they did not work with the update so basically just threw them out! Now I have no idea how to get all the files that were I protected on KeepSafe, they have to be somewhere on the computer right? and I hope they're not on the Internet.
Any help is appreciated.

This is a serious issue, because the data protected with the applications is practically unavailable and will stay this way. Even if you re-install the products, I believe the locked content won't be detected. Windows 10 should have warned you about this issue.
At this time, the only thing to do is go back to previous version of Windows and reinstall the products, then attempt to recover the data.
To go back use the following: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Go back.

Try to download another version of the AuthenTec TrueSuite application and it will work. You can obtain it through the official website. However, there is no need to mess with Internet Explorer 11 as it doesn't have anything related to it. Remove the old version and install the new one from the official website provided by Sony. Additionally, while you are on the Sony website on your product page, select Software Patches from the drop down menu and download other updates as well.
I have 4.0.100.26 Premium version, coming with VAIO computer. While working on a common user, it works well. However I can't enroll as an admin. Is it possible? I have exported prints, erased all and tried to import / enroll on Admin. Nothing happens - after finger is selected the pop up for pass comes and the error note later on: "No '3stepenroll' screen".

The software's behavior is weird because you should have the possibility to enroll as an Admin since there is none available. However, I recommend removing all prints and any other settings in terms of locked files and then re-install the software. If you still have the possibility, access the Help section to find more about this error. After the software has been uninstalled, you should have the possibility to register again and enroll as an Admin.
My Windows crashed and I've lost all my important data stored in KeepSafe application. I have the KeepSafe database, but I can't decrypt it to get my data. Can you help?

In order to recover your data, you need to download and reinstall the KeepSafe application. After that, navigate to (C:) > Users > Your computer name > AppData > Local > Stardock > KeepSafeArchive folder and replace the default database with the one you have. In this way, you will be able to access your data through KeepSafe application. If you can't see the AppData folder, click the Appearance option from Control Panel and open Folder Options. Select the View tab and check Show hidden files, folders and drives box.
I upgraded my computer to Windows 7 and I installed Lenovo Fingerprint, but unfortunately, it is not working. I can't find the sensor. Can you help?
